Aged up to 10 years. We use a blend from the Grande Champagne and Petit Champagne crus for our VSOP, giving it the "Fine Champagne" distinction. The unmistakable finesse of the vanilla, dried fruit and heady summer flower notes builds slowly while aging in French Oak barrels for up to a decade.
